This Return Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to our workshops and classes.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future workshop, subject to our discretion and availability.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

To request a refund, please contact us with your registration details and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Workshop Cancellations by Us

In the event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available workshop.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a workshop for which you are registered and do not notify us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may consider transferring your registration to a future workshop on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your workshop attendance, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending a workshop, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair solution.

Workshop Materials

Workshop fees include all materials and firing services. If you are unable to attend a workshop but have already received materials, please contact us to arrange for their return or discuss alternative arrangements.
